The location was marvellous, within short walking distance to an ornate 18th-century opera house. A train station was walking distance to the hotel, it was a bonus.

suite dei catalani in Naples exceeded all our expectations. lovely and clean room, great housekeeping. perfect location near train station, marina, and restaurants. convenient for exploring Naples and visiting Pompeii and Vesuvius.

The staff was so friendly and eager to assist us. We were pleasantly surprised by the great variety offered on the breakfast menu and the tasty coffee to accompany it. the location was perfect as it was easy to get to nearby tourist attractions and public transportation was just a few steps away.

The street noise was quite loud and made it hard to get a good night's sleep. the view from our window was disappointing as it overlooked a very busy and congested street.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

During my stay at Suite Dei Catalani, I was truly impressed by their attention to detail and helpfulness. After accidentally leaving my cell phone in a taxi, they went above and beyond by calling the taxi company and arranging to pick it up for me, free of charge. They even offered to drive us to the Naples Airport. The staff truly deserves praise for their exceptional service. Additionally, the location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance to the city center and the marina.

There were a few minor issues. The cleanliness of the shower could have been improved, and the keycard didn't work for the lift after our meal, so we had to climb the stairs.
